The types of personal information we collect and why

How we store your personal information

Collaboration Coach is the controller of collected data. Data is only accessible to Collaboration Coach employees and is safeguarded with password protection and two-factor authentication. Our website uses HTTPS encryption (also referred to as SSL or TLS) using industry standard algorithms and certificates. We will never share or sell data.

Hubspot UK Holdings Ltd is the data processor along with their chosen sub-processors. You can find the details of these in Annex 3 of their Data Processing Agreement here: https://legal.hubspot.com/dpa

Hubspot UK Holdings Ltd host data in the European union and their physical and environmental security controls are audited for SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 compliance, among other certifications and they have implemented technologies to ensure that stored data is encrypted at rest.
