We deliver our courses using Microsoft Teams. So you can take the course anywhere you like. You'll need your own computer and a good internet connection.

We recommend having a work or school Microsoft account so you can login. You'll be able to use your camera and microphone to get involved in the training. You can ask questions, chat, answering polls and watch the slides and videos.

There will be simple instructions on how to connect to the course in your welcome email you'll receive after booking.

Matt Munslow (LinkedIn) teaches all the Microsoft 365, Security and Azure courses. He is a Microsoft Certified Trainer and has 20 years of experience building and teaching courses. 

For individuals bookings, tickets for the courses are booked through Eventbrite.

We use Eventbrite because they are a well known and trusted way to schedule and pay for events and they allow us to connect with a large audience.

Once you choose your event, you will be charged and Eventbrite will send you a confirmation email.

You will also receive a welcome email from Collaboration Coach. This will have all your joining instructions and things you can do to prepare for the course before you join.
