Use of website cookies

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer by websites that you visit. They are widely used in order to make websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the owners of the site.

The table below explains the cookies we use and why. Here is a list of the cookies we use on this website:

1. Necessary cookies (essential cookies that do not require consent).
__hs_opt_out  Remembers not to ask the visitor to accept cookies again. Set when you opt out of cookies. Expires in 6 months.
__hs_do_not_track Prevents the tracking code from sending any information to HubSpot who host our website. Expires in 6 months.
__hs_initial_opt_in Prevents the banner from always displaying when you browse in strict mode. Expires in seven days.
__hs_cookie_cat_pref Records the cookie categories you consent to. Expires in 6 months.
hs_ab_test  Used to consistently serve you the same version of an A/B test page you’ve seen before. Expires at the end of the session.
<id>_key When visiting a password-protected page, this cookie is set so future visits to the page from the same browser do not require login again. Expires in 14 days.
hs-messages-is-open Determines whether the chat widget is open for future visits. Set in your browser when you start a new chat. Resets to re-close the widget after 30 minutes of inactivity. If you manually close the chat widget, it will prevent it from re-opening on subsequent page loads in that browser session for 30 minutes. Expires in 30 minutes.
hs-messages-hide-welcome-message Prevents the chat widget welcome message from appearing again for one day after it is dismissed. Expires in one day.
__hsmem  Set when you log in to a HubSpot-hosted site. Contains encrypted data that identifies the membership user when they are currently logged in. Expires in one year.
hs-membership-csrf  Ensures that content membership logins cannot be forged. Expires at the end of the session.
hs_langswitcher_choice Saves your selected language choice when viewing pages in multiple languages. Set when you select a language from the language switcher and is used as a language preference to redirect you to sites in your chosen language in the future if they are available. Expires in two years.
__cfruid   Set by HubSpot’s CDN provider because of their rate limiting policies. Expires at the end of the session.
__cf_bm    Set by HubSpot's CDN provider and is a necessary cookie for bot protection. Expires in 30 minutes.
2. Analytics cookies (non-essential cookies. Opt in or out in the cookie banner).
__hstc  The main cookie for tracking visitors. Contains the domain, utk, initial timestamp (first visit), last timestamp (last visit), current timestamp (this visit), and session number (increments for each subsequent session). Expires in 6 months.
hubspotutk Tracks a visitor's identity. Passed to HubSpot on form submission and used when deduplicating contacts. Expires in 6 months.
__hssc Tracks sessions. Determines if HubSpot should increment the session number and timestamps in the __hstc cookie. Contains the domain, viewCount (increments each pageView in a session), and session start timestamp. Expires in 30 minutes.
__hssrc Whenever HubSpot changes the session cookie, this cookie is also set to determine if the visitor has restarted their browser. If this cookie does not exist when HubSpot manages cookies, it is considered a new session. Expires at the end of the session.
3. Functional cookies (for chatflow).
